If you are one of countless who learned that a music event you were due to attend has been postponed or cancelled as countries unite to tackle the spread of Covid-19, you're likely in the mood for a pick-me-up on that front.

Earlier this month, Lady Gaga announced that she was in the midst of organising a global concert alongside charitable organisation, Global Citizen, in aid of coronavirus relief. And if you're facing into yet another listless weekend, you'll be pleased to hear it will be taking place on Saturday! One World: Together at Home, which will feature at-home performances from Elton John, John Legend, Jennifer Lopez, Lizzo and The Killers among many, many more, is going ahead on April 18.

The star-studded event, which will include a pre-show and a two-hour main event, was organised to support the World Health Organisation and frontline healthcare workers. Commenting on the worldwide endeavour, Gaga said: "It has been an honour to help with this huge broadcast event, where we need to tell the stories and celebrate the front line community, health care workers and their acts of kindness."

“We celebrate and highlight the singular, kind global community that is arising right now. We want to celebrate and encourage the power of the human spirit."

As it stands, the singer, alongside Global Citizen, has raised $35,000,000 which will fund essential supplies. You can tune in via Amazon Prime Video, Facebook, Instagram, TuneIn, Twitch, Twitter and YouTube - all of whom will be streaming from 7pm on this side of the pond.
