Kim Kardashian will change her name after she marries Kanye West.
The reality star told
E! Online that she is planning to take on her fiance’s last name after their wedding. “It’ll be Kim Kardashian West,” she explained. “Not hyphened. Maybe make (Kardashian), like, the middle.”
Earlier this month Kanye
popped the question to Kim, in front of her family and friends, with a
5-carat Lorraine Schwartz ring.
Speaking to
Extra about the proposal, the mother-of-one said “I had absolutely no idea. I think nobody did... It was a magical night and obviously the best birthday of my entire life.”
Kim has said that she will take Kanye's last name after the wedding.
