Kim Kardashian could get full custody of her four children. The businesswoman filed for divorce from her husband Kanye West in 2021. Following their divorce, the couple has been fighting for custody of their four children. It was previously reported that they would have 50/50 custody of their children, but it looks like Kim may be granted full custody. Sources claim the mum may be granted 80% custody of her children. This is because Kanye failed to appear at his scheduled deposition on November 16th. According to The Sun, the father refused to show up but has been given another appointment. However, if he fails to show up then "the judge may bar him from putting on a case at trial". A source told the publication; "In most divorce cases, the parties are able to at least work out some of the issues. "But, given his behavior and apparent unreasonableness, everything may be in dispute, from custody to distribution of assets. "For two very wealthy people who do not need each other's money, the custody issues will be most important. "His disparaging posts about Kim and her family in the media, and his nonsensical proposals including that the children attend two different schools at once, are going to likely be used. "They will show that he cannot reasonably co-parent and does not have the children's best interests in mind." Kim and Kanye have four children- North (9), Saint (6), Chicago (4), and Psalm (3).
