Since it was reported that Christine Quinn would not be returning to Selling Sunset, Jason Oppenheim has shared his thoughts. Christine, who has been a member of the cast since the Netflix show began in 2019, has branched out with a real estate business of her own, and won't be coming back to the show. Yesterday, E! News reported that the show and Christine came to a "mutual decision" over her departure. The source claimed that as Christine is no longer involved with anybody on the show, her being there would not make sense. In the last season, it looked like Christine's place at the Oppenheim Group was in jeopardy following an allegation that she attempted to bribe one of her colleague's clients. He told TMZ: "I always follow my agents’ leads, and I always want them to do what’s best for them. I know she’s starting her thing, and I’ve supported her in that." He added that he would never "question" any of his agents' decisions to branch out on their own. "I’ll advise and support, but I would never get upset at anyone for leaving," he said. "I want the best for Christine. If she thinks that's best, then I support that." While Christine won't be returning to the show, two new agents will be, so hopefully there will be no shortage of drama. Realtors Bre Tiesi and Nicole Young will be joining the likes of Mary Fitzgerald, Chrishell Stause, Heather Young and the gang for the next series.
