He might have lost a bit of definition following his Olympic and Strictly Come Dancing success in 2012 but gymnast Louis Smith is back on track and back in shape.
The 24-year-old gave his fans a glimpse of his toned torso this weekend. Alongside the snap he wrote: “Here’s a treat”.
Louis has made no secret of the fact that he has been hitting the gym hard in recent months. During the week he tweeted: “Had a killer training session today 4 hours in the gym”.
