We knew she had changed a lot but it was only when Heidi Montag shared this childhood snap that we realised just how much she has changed.

Hills star posted the above picture, in which she is posing with her younger brother Sky, to mark his 21st birthday.
Alongside the photograph, uploaded to Instagram earlier this week, the 27-year-old wrote: “Happy Birthday little Sky Sky!”
Heidi famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, in 2010, but has since tried to tone down her look by having her F-cup breast implants removed.
Heidi shared a number of childhood snaps on Instagram this week.
This photograph was taken last year and shows her transformation.
