"Whether a $5 donation, £1000 contribution, offering to volunteer, or spreading the word – you’ve played your part. And on behalf of The Duke and Duchess (and Baby Sussex), we thank you so much".The mention of Baby Sussex caused many to speculate that the royal baby has already arrived and they think that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are keeping the news private for now. As we said, this is putting two and two together and getting ten. Like any new parents, they deserve to have some privacy at such an important time but many have argued that the royal family are in the public eye and so they are not afforded this luxury. A couple of weeks ago, the couple released a statement via Buckingham Palace explaining that they have planned to keep the birth private and will release the news in due course. The official statement was as follows:
"Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. "The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family."
