While most folk are tucked up in bed ('tis Sunday after all) - a certain Conor McGregor is out 'n' about in Dublin town this evening.

And we nabbed an EXCLUSIVE snap of the MMA star in Sandyford, where the 28-year-old Crumlin-native has been happy to mingle with fans and take snaps.

 Her has been told that right now the athelete is in the well-known Beacon hotel in the south county Dublin suburb.

Earlier in the evening, Conor shared on his Instagram account - where he boasts 11.5m fans - a photo of his €375,000 Lamborghini Huracan Avio (the only one of its kind in Ireland) parked in his home-town of Crumlin.

Mr McGregor's fiancee, Dee Devlin, is currently expecting their first child next month. Earlier today, Conor had sent a heart-warming message to his long-term partner, as well as his mother.
