Sammy Kimmence has been granted conditional bail.

The boyfriend of Love Island star Dani Dyer has pleaded guilty to five counts of fraud totaling almost £34,000. Sammy Kimmence appeared at the Portsmouth Crown Court yesterday. He may receive jail time at his sentencing, which will take place this June. Kimmence initially appeared in court last year and pleaded not guilty to allegations that he scammed two pensioners. The men in question were clients at a company where Sammy was once employed. The young man allegedly took them on as customers once the business shut down. It is alleged that Sammy falsely claimed to have the authority to provide financial services to pensioners Peter Martin and Peter Haynes, aged 90 and 80, respectively. Peter Martin has since passed away. https://www.instagram.com/p/CNP3V-XL1UD/ Defending Kimmence, Craig Harris said: "He is a relatively young man of previous good character, the offences go back into his late teenage years. "This is a case that crosses the custodial threshold but might be within a range which I argue could be suspended. "Quite a lot has gone into this young man’s life in the last few years. He is seeking to reimburse the losses he has caused." Judge Recorder Nicholas Haggan QC described the offences as serious. Given that Kimmence is a "young man of no previous convictions," Judge Haggan granted him conditional bail, though he added that he may face jail time following his sentencing this summer. Earlier this year, Dani and Sammy welcomed their first child, a son. Baby Santiago was born in January. Dani announced the happy news on Instagram: "We are in a complete baby bubble and enjoying every moment, can not believe he is ours, completely in love and so grateful to be his mummy. Sending all my love to all the other mommas to be out there in lockdown... the best experience ever will never forget this day."
