Actress Cynthia Rhodes and singer Richard Marx have reportedly split after 25 years of marriage.
A representative for the Grammy award winner confirmed the news to
Us Weekly. They explained that the star couple separated in July and are now getting a divorce.
Cynthia, who is best known for playing Penny Johnson in
Dirty Dancing, met Richard, whose hits include
Right Here Waiting, on the set of
Staying Alive.
They tied the knot in 1989 and have three sons together (23-year-old Brandon, 21-year-old Lucas and 20-year-old Jesse).
Cynthia and Richard are currently in the process of getting a divorce.
