Bey is the woman of the moment…

She is famous for her talent, her multi-tasking, her family, her success, her hard work… and her cracker of a bod.

Bey is always top of the trend pack, she showcased monochrome at this year's Grammys.

Bey gave birth to baby daughter Blue Ivy last year, but whipped her body back into shape within a few months… and posed on that GQ cover.

“I have not been on stage in a year. Do you know how hard I worked?!” the 30-year-old told a concert in the States after Ivy’s birth.

“I lost 60 pounds! They had me on the treadmill.”

The trick is to take your time. Eat healthy and eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Exercise regularly and don’t deprive yourself of anything, just eat in moderation.
