Coronation Street star Michael Le Vell has been linked to this year’s series of Celebrity Big Brother.
According to reports, the actor is in “advanced talks” although show bosses are said to have wanted both him and his co-star Bill Roache.
“They wanted a double-whammy of Le Vell and Roach,” an insider revealed to the Daily Star. “Bill was their main target but Le Vell is now a man transformed”.
Earlier this year, Le Vell (49) returned to work following his trial, during which he was acquitted of all charges, but then had to take a break to enter rehab.
