Caroline also confirmed the news in a similarly-worded statement.
"I’m sad to announce that Andrew and I have decided to part ways. Unfortunately it was not to be. I wish him all the best," she said.
"At least there’s a Villa waiting for me. It’s back to the ol’ grafting," she joked.
Andrew got down on one knee in April after two months of dating.
The couple made frequent appearances on each other's social media but she has removed all traces of him from her Instagram account after unfollowing him at the weekend.
As the news broke today, she simply tweet a crying face emoji.
Caroline shared a public love letter to Andrew in the most recent issue of Cosmopolitan, saying she felt like she'd known him "her whole life." "I’ll never forget seeing you walk into the restaurant – tall, with a smile 10 miles wide, not just for me but for everyone in there," she wrote of their first date. "Talking to you was effortless. There were no first-date nerves – just two people laughing and getting to know each other until the early hours. It was how all first dates should be." The couple had been dogged by rumours of a split for the past week. Caroline is currently on presenting duties for Love Island and Love Island Aftersun.?
