Craig David has shared the half-naked picture of himself that keeps him motivated. (We know, we find it a little weird as well but hey, it clearly works for him!)
The Fill Me In singer apparently uses the snap, which he keeps in a folder on his mobile phone called “Stay Focused”, to help him stay on track with his fitness regime and diet.
He wrote on Instagram: “In this case when I’m training hard and about to start my cutting phase where calories are reduced and I know there will be moments where I’ll wanna eat every chocolate bar in my cupboard or especially when travelling on planes back and forth from Miami to Europe all the time... I just go to this photo on my phone... under the folder “Stay Focused”... Trust me it works!!! All I hear inside when I see this photo is.... Stop being weak and fix up... you’ve done it before you can do it again! Boom!”
The 32-year-old pop star apparently uses the same technique to keep him focused on his music and catching up with friends. (We’re assuming those photos are a little more conservative, unless of course he records his songs without a top.)
Craig finished off the somewhat long post off with a number of hashtags: “#Truth #Present # Awareness # Goals # Reminder # Focus #Believe #Health #Gym #Ripped #Abs #Life #HelpingEachOther #eatcleantraindirty”.
We don’t even wanna think about what that last one means!
