Blake: Not So Lively After All!

We could cope if she had said that she doesn’t eat carbs and works out for at least an hour a day but the fact that the gorgeous Blake Lively has said that none of that really plays a part in her fabulous figure makes us a little sad. Okay, so it makes us very sad a quite annoyed.

The Gossip Girl star has revealed that her enviable body comes down to two things: the fact that she’s 25 years old and has a ‘good metabolism.’

During an interview with Marie Claire magazine the actress basically said that she has nothing to do with the fact that she is in such good shape and to add insult to our injury, she also really enjoys her food.

She told the publication: ‘To be around me, you must love food or I’m the most obnoxious person you’ve ever met… I’m in a big cooking phase… I even have a special area set aside just for baking cupcakes.’

Blake did confess however that she doesn’t expect to be able to keep it up for long as time will eventually take its toll: ‘In a few more years, I’ll need to have a new secret, as in an incredibly strict diet regime.’

Blake and Ryan Reynolds have been dating for quite some time now.

Another thing that might surprise you about Ryan Reynolds’ current squeeze is that she isn’t fond of being the centre of attention.

‘Hollywood is only as much of your life as you let it be,’ she explained before continuing: ‘I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the spotlight. The more I’m in it, the more uncomfortable I am.’

Well Blake you hide it very well. And we’re not just talking about your discomfort, we mean those cupcakes too!
