Ashley was hit with cruel comments after sharing photos from a night out.

Ex on the Beach star Ashley Cain has given his followers an update on his mental health, after he was targeted by trolls for going on a night out. Ashley and his partner Safiyya Vorajee lost their baby daughter Azaylia last year, after she developed an aggressive form of leukemia. She passed away at the age of eight months. Since her passing, Ashley has been using his social media to keep her memory alive, and to give fans an update on his own mental health. Recently, he took to Instagram to share that he's been struggling, after trolls targeted him for going on a night out with his friends. Ashley shared pictured of himself with some of his friends, and then posted a statement explaining that he was harassed and trolled. https://www.instagram.com/p/CZFSpM1ryAE/ In it, he wrote: "In these pictures I could be driving my friends car because I am the only one not drinking. I could've called up my cousin to borrow his jeans while my other friends maybe lent me their coat and a pair of trainers. "One of my other pals could've even put his watch on my wrist to make me feel special as I haven't worked for over a year while I took care of my daughter before setting up her foundation after devastatingly losing her followed by grieving her loss. "Maybe I am even borrowing my smile because my eyes tell a different story and I know that soon I will have to trade my happiness back again for the pain that aches my heart." He shared that he might have "just wanted to try and enjoy himself", after struggling with his mental health recently. Ashley then wrote that he shouldn't need to explain himself whatsoever. He wrote that he tries to be a "pillar of strength" for himself and his family, but the stronger he is, the more people "judge" and "attack". He then shared that he is subject to "personal attacks" on his daughter, himself and his family. He said: "I am doing this through love, heartbreak and passion. I am however hurt that people want to go to all lengths of bitterness and hatred, speculation and variations of lies to discredit a person trying to smile, trying be better, trying to keep his daughters name alive and trying to make a difference for childhood cancer, mental health and the warriors who are fighting it."
