If you're a beauty obsessive, you'll probably have heard of hair expert Philip Kingsley who has gained a cult following thanks to his celebrity clientele.
US Glamour recently uncovered a very interesting nugget of information when speaking to his daughter Annabel.
"Audrey came to see Philip in 1974. She was doing a lot of filming, and her hair was in terrible condition because of all the styling and coloring they were doing on set.
"So she went to see him and requested a moisturizing treatment that wasn't going to weigh her hair down, as she had quite fine hair. They were using all these heavy creams post-shampoo and her hair was just flat".
Philip then devised Philip Kingsley Elasticizer specifically for Audrey and because she loved it so much, he brought it out as a permanent product, which was later followed by a complete range.
