"Take a peek at the inside of your bottom lip. This colour, which is different on everyone, is a great guideline to what color 'exists' organically in each individual skin tone organically," She told Bustle.
Basically, she advises finding a blusher tone that matches the inside of your lip. Pull your lip down with your finger, the inner lip, which usually rests against the teeth is where you should match the colour to.
Some people will have quite a warm red tone while others will have a lighter peach tone on the skin there.
It may look weird in Boots when you start pulling your lip down and matching it to products but it might be worth it if it means finally finding the perfect blusher tone for your skin.
