There's nothing quite like finding the perfect nude shade.

Over the years I've seen many hacks on how to find the right nude lipstick for your complexion. Probably the biggest viral one was picking the lipstick that was closest to your nipple colour but there's actually an easier way to go about it all. Rather than spending ages swatching lipsticks or ordering online and not being quite sure of what you're going to get, why not opt for a nude that works on all skin tones? There are several different lipstick brands that boast having universally flattering nude shades and out of them all we've picked our three favourites.

Sculpted By Aimee: Undressed Lip Duo in Bare Regular (€19)

Bare has been one of my favourite go-to nudes since it launched last year on the Sculpted By Aimee website. Not only is it a gorgeous rich, warm nude lipstick but it also has a matching lipliner on the bottom of it. So handy!  

Charlotte Tilbury: LOOK OF LOVE lipstick in NUDE ROMANCE €35

I recently tried this new shade from Charlotte Tilbury and let's just say Pillow Talk now has some serious competition. Nude Romance has been specially designed to suit all skin tones and I can see it being one of Tilbury's biggest selling products this year.  

KASH Beauty: True Nude Lipstick €14.95

There's nothing like when a well known make up artist launches their own range and Keilidh Cashell really knocked it out of the park with her range of nude lipsticks. She released her lipstick collection along with her new eyeshadow palettes, lashes and eye shadow toppers in 2020 to much acclaim from her fans here in Ireland. There are several different nude shades in the KASH beauty collection but you really can't go wrong with shade True Nude.
