The flawless 37-year-old said that before every shower, she takes the time to do 100 squats.
"No matter what, I always do 100 squats before I get in the shower because I won't forget...
"It's like my time. I'm about to get in the shower, and I just do 100 squats."
100? I doubt I can even do 10!
To be fair, that probably does explain why she looks like this all the time...
