"A non-greasy, long-lasting cream foundation that provides a healthy, natural finish whilst helping to promote the overall health of skin. The unique hydrating formula helps to nourish and hydrate skin whilst also offering flawless colour with buildable coverage."I expected the formulation to be quite thin but was pleasantly surprised to find it was creamy and achieved better coverage than I had anticipated. It achieved quite a dewy finish, which is something that I personally like, but if you have oily skin I'd imagine this might not be for you. The one excellent benefit of this foundation is that it didn't oxidize at all throughout the day, most likely due to the absence of harsh chemicals in the product. While I don't think it would be my go-to foundation for a night out, the oat milk makeup is certainly a new daytime fave of mine. Next up I used the colour pot in the shade "Hello" on my lips and cheeks. This multipurpose product features many healthy ingredients like carrots, full of antioxidants, considered helpful in keeping skin soft and hydrated. It's inspired by the poppy flower and gave a lovely "bitten-lip" effect. The pigmentation was exceptional, but personally, I preferred it on the lips instead of the cheeks. On my lashes, I used the brand's cult product - the Natural Almond Mascara. This was the star product that launched Ere Perez thirteen years ago. It contains almond oil, considered to strengthen and lengthen lashes while stimulating growth. It gave lovely length and didn't smudge on me (absence of panda eyes = always a winner!) Overall, while I won't be ditching all of my traditional makeup I definitely want to incorporate more natural products and I think if you're looking for a good induction point, Ere Perez is a great one to check out.
