Makeup Revolution's Define and Conceal concealer is getting the thumbs up from beauty vloggers as a dupe for it's more expensive counterpart.
The concealer which not only has similar packaging to Tarte is said to have a similar consistency with the only downside being that the bottle is smaller.
Irish vlogger, Keilidh MUA, who we adore, gave it the thumbs up while using it in a look where she used all "drugstore" and Primark makeup.
