Now the man responsible for tending to Kate Middleton's royal tresses has let the cat out of the bag as to how he keeps her world famous 'do looking its best. Kate's personal hairdresser Richard Ward first met the Duchess when she started dropping by his salon just off London's King's Road for the 'Chelsea Blow Dry'. "She's the same person that first came into the salon 10 years ago," Ward, who was even on hand on Kate's wedding day in 2011, told PEOPLE.
