Hailey Bieber have already tried the look out and while might seem complicated, it's actually not
that hard. Because of its versatility, there's no one way to do it. Plus there are lots of simple tutorials on YouTube and TikTok to follow.
Start with drawing an elongated winged cat eye with liquid or gel liner, rounding it out on the bottom to mimic the shape of a wing.
Once you've perfected the base, you can go in and add any colours or patterns you like, topping it all off by adding some white dots along the outline. Finish the look by adding some highlighter or a shimmery shade to your inner corners.
