This is what the clever folks at Maybelline refer to as a dual phase brow creator. Step one is the tinted velvety fixing gel-pencil, which helps fill in gaps and shape brows. Step two is the soft finely-milled powder that defines brows and sets them in place. Simples. Love in Florence/Love in Paris Eyeshadow Palettes, RRP €9.99 and €11.49, NYX NYX have found a happy home on Irish shores since their introduction to the market here earlier this year. The latest additions to their range are these pretty and pocket-friendly eyeshadow palettes named after two of the world's most romantic cities.
