What is hyaluronic acid?

To understand how it can help improve our skin, we have to know what exactly it is. First off, it's a substance that is naturally found in the body's connective tissues, eyes, joints and skin but over time, your supply declines. Some research suggests that ageing is caused by loss of moisture and so, hyaluronic acid can be revolutionary in reversing that process. Dr. Gasquet said: "Because of its water-pulling qualities, hyaluronic acid can refine and age-rewind in those dry or sunken areas." So, fine lines and wrinkles may become a thing of the past once you introduce this acid into your life. Long-term use of this serum on your skin or in a supplement taken for over a mouth can improve overall skin health. It’s also great for helping improve overall skin flexibility and elasticity, meaning it makes your skin more stretchy and soft, ideal! Is it safe?

A lot of people are apprehensive about using hyaluronic acid because they're not sure if it's safe or not. The simple answer is, yes it's totally safe, even if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Reactions from the substance are extremely rare. However, if you find you're breaking out or developing a rash at any point, stop using the product. But, don't worry, it's probably a reaction with another ingredient.
