Who doesn't love a bargain?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again: you don't have to spend a fortune on makeup. If you want to, you go girl; treat your damn self. However, these day s we have so many marvelous beauty products, that cost next to nothing. I'm serious; and just because something is cheap, doesn't mean it's crap. Take my hero highlighter as an example of how bargains are sometimes the best. I am currently using Wet n Wild MegaGlo Highlighting Powder, and it is unreal.
